I am an E-RYT® 500 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance. With over 14 years of experience and several certifications, I have taught yoga and meditation to everybody: busy moms, kids, pre- & post-natal moms, seniors, beginners, overworked dads, adults with disabilities and many students looking to advance their practice.
I love to teach from the 8 Limbs of Yoga presented in Yoga Sutras of Patanjali.

Living only 10 miles from New York City, my off the mat tools are inspired by attending in a ballet performance, dinner at a great restaurant, a tour of big museums, documentary films and loads of organic shops to tingle my pallet.

Now it is a growing community for Everybody who wishes to live a whole, creative, healthy focused, dreams-come-true life. With some cool jazz, a thick book and a hot cup tea, too.
